Great service and on time. Bob did a PA inspection and gave the vehicle a thorough going over and pointed out a few items that may need attention going forward. Called to say vehicle was ready for delivery. Vehicle and paperwork were ready on time . Such an easy process and not a 100 questions to up sell me. I’m in awe of Zappones’ staff and the incredible and honest inspection they performed on my Nissan Murano SL. They sent a text message showing photos of my Nissan and any outside scratches etc that it had before servicing. Really grateful for guys at Zappones. My son is a student in Greensburg and was having some car trouble. A friend told us about a good experience at their garage so we had his car towed there since it was too far to tow it home. They helped us diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly. They were honest, transparent, and easy to work with. Follow up, a few months later, we took our vehicle back to get inspected before my son returned home for winter break. It’s an older car so it needed to have a few things done, but they were great to work with. They gave us our options, we’re transparent about the cost of the repairs, made the repairs quickly and got him on his way. Thankful again to be able to work with the guys at Zappones. It’s not easy being able to trust somebody and when you’re hundreds of miles away but these guys have proven to be trustworthy on both occasions that we have used them.

I have had great luck with mechanics in the past, but none of them exceed Zappone’s.Whether I’ve had a standing appointment or have run into an urgent problem — as happened Sunday when my vehicle had to be towed there — they have come through for me without fail.From diagnosis through repair, they have provided reliable service at a reasonable cost and have taught me a bit along the way. Update: Just had routine service from Zappone’s, and as before, the service was great, they let me know my tires needed to be rotated (free at Costco), and I was again reassured that it is worth the 45-minute drive to take my cars there. While a few good auto service providers are closer to me, Zappone’s is thorough, time-sensitive, conscientious, and reasonably priced. They’ve earned my confidence in their work and I will always turn to them first.

My hybrid car battery was greatly affected by the recent frigid temperatures. I was stranded 5 miles from Greensburg. Only one place would I call. Zappones. Donnie took care of all. Towed my car, replaced the bad part, and had my car ready in two days. Ive used Zappones for years for general services and its nice to walk-in and be greeted by your first name. These folks are honest and fair. They go above and beyond in regards to customer service and provide an experience that can't be found at a dealership or chain auto shop. I've taken my vehicles to them for about three years now and have yet to have anything negative to say. While there may be an appeal to the convenience of "no appointment needed" service stations, do yourself a favor an schedule your vehicle maintenance with a family owned shop that is going to remember you and your vehicle, and treat both with respect.

I should have always taken my card to this garage. It’s family run, and everyone is so friendly on the phone and in person. I had concerns about my exhaust system, and Donnie called and explained all the tests they ran and all the things they checked to make sure it was running properly, which it was. He has also explained the oil consumption issues that my Hyundai motor has in a way that even I can understand. In the past, I had an issue with a Toyota timing belt. He gave me the printout from their code reader so I could take it to my cousin to fix for cheaper than they could. All around good people and service.

Professional, courteous, quality service you can trust! Family-owned and operated, they treat you like family. All my concerns were quickly and thoroughly addressed, including a printout and full explanation of battery test results, which showed that a new battery was not yet needed, as I was told I did by another service center. They cleaned the battery terminals, advised me as to when I should replace it, and what to listen and check for in the interim. Great people providing superior service!
